Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and scientific director of the Center fos Sensors, Instruments and Systems development (CD6). PhD in Optical Engineering (UPC, 2005), BSc in Physics (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, 2000) and in Optics and Optometry (UPC, 1996). Her research focuses on color technology, hyperspectral imaging, and visual optics for biomedical and industrial applications. She has authored over 60 papers, 180 conference communications, and holds 9 patents. She has participated in more than 80 projects, leading 25 of them. She has supervised 10 PhD theses. She is the coordinator of the MSCA DN BE-LIGHT.
