Mateusz Woliński

PR & Communication Expert
Mateusz Woliński is ICTER’s PR & Communication Expert with a centre-wide brief: to design how the organisation tells its story, engages stakeholders, and turns research into real-world impact. In practice, the role extends well beyond PR, reaching into operations, organisational culture, and ICTER’s digital environment.
Within ICTER’s flagship projects, including TRIO-Vi, Mateusz translates dissemination, communication and exploitation plans into everyday practice: clear goals, simple rules of engagement, and the rhythms and metrics teams use to learn and improve. Rather than running “campaigns”, he builds a communication operating model that supports strategy and delivery across the Centre.
An agent of change, he blends analysis with creativity. He uses data, automation and AI to surface signal, streamline workflows and scale what works – bringing clarity to priorities, optimising processes, and organising chaos so researchers can focus on science. His work turns complex findings into value for clinicians, industry partners, policymakers, patients, and the public, strengthening ICTER’s reputation and accelerating adoption.
Day to day, Mateusz connects internal and external communication, aligns leaders around a shared narrative, and stewards the Centre’s content and channel architecture – keeping ICTER visible, understood, and trusted.
